Minor upgrades are mainly for bug and usability fixes. I am glad to see many of the things listed in the fixes. Also for the new features.

Did you go to your account page and select "Upgrade Version" first? Then wait a little bit because even though the confirmation is instant, it does take a little while for the server to update so you can download.
