JST Alibre Super User Aug 7, 2021 #5 Dunno which, he said "library". He's not on support, most people with old versions are not. I suggested restarting the install, or getting an install file from support, which I think does not require being "on support".

Support will generally try to help if software isn't working. If no support subscription, then it may take longer to respond than it would for those with subscriptions.
