Creating Shaded Views

I quit using inter-design constraints for this reason. It is easier to just use the Global Parameters and use those values.

I'm not a computer programmer, but it seems ODD to me that somehow the capability to display a shaded assembly, has anything to do with an inter-design constraint.

I need shaded views quite often so that's why this incomprehensible limitation is a certain annoyance in Alibre, at least for me.
I know there are other reasons not to use inter design relations, but sometimes it would be useful to use them in moderation.
