Package files are useful with Assembly files. It will combine all associated parts/assemblies into one 'package' file. Search on Package File in the Help.

Ah, that will be another step, other than original request.... I copied your Sketch 1 and created a new sketch on plane 4 that will be used for an extrude cut, through the whole part and ending at the geometry at the part end. This will remove the excess.

For Extrusion 7, set the type to Midplane, and set the depth to 2667mm.
