Refunds are not available for standalone maintenance renewals. A standalone maintenance renewal is defined as a purchase of a year of Alibre maintenance for your product when it is not purchased as part of a new license.
We offer a full refund on the purchase price of items returned within 30 days of purchase. However, please be aware that as of 2020, PayPal amended their policy to no longer refund the transaction fees when an order is refunded. Consequently, a non-refundable transaction fee of 5% will be deducted from your total refund amount if you used Paypal to purchase instead of directly entering a credit card.
