Double-clicking a model's face to edit its geometry

There are many ways to access the options that drive geometry. New users often rely exclusively on the Design Explorer right-click menu to access sketches and feature dialogs, but there is a faster way. How this trick behaves depends on what you double-click on:

- If the double-click action occurs on a face that is driven by a sketch, the sketch will open.
- If the double-click action occurs on a face that is driven by a feature only (e.g. a 3D fillet), the feature dialog will open.

Using the right-click menu to edit geometry

Another pretty fast way to edit geometry is to use the right-click menu. To do this, right-click on a face of the model and choose Edit Feature or Edit Feature Sketch. This approach is similar to the double-click method but gives you more flexibility to choose whether you want to edit a 3D feature or the sketch associated with a feature (if available).
